Where are Funtastic Entertainment based

We travel throughout the UK however we are we are based within the beautiful Lake District area of South Cumbria.

Does Funtastic Entertainment cover charity events

We support a set number of charity events every year. We like to help local charities in our local area. We have assisted with fund raisers, football events, school events and other local fundraising or charity events to help our local area. Unfortunately, we cannot donate equipment to events further afield however we are happy to offer discounts where possible.





Insurance, Risk Assessments & Other Documents

Does Funtastic Entertainment carry Public Liability Insurance

We carry five million public liability insurance. Our policy document is available upon request.

Do Funtastic Entertainment provide hire agreements and disclaimers for event

Funtastic Entertainment supply hire agreements for every hire, these are readily available on our website. Disclaimers are available upon request. We also supply Risk assessments and safety certificates for all equipment if required. These documents are available upon request.





Payment and Cancellations

What are the payment terms for a booking

We require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and the equipment for your event, this is payable upon booking. We then require payment four weeks before an event. Cash on delivery can be accepted with certain local bookings however this is at the discretion of Funtastic Entertainment and will be agreed before the booking confirmation is sent.

Does Funtastic Entertainment accept payment terms

We send you our banking details once we receive you booking and you can make payments as it suits you, all we ask is that all balances are paid in full by the four weeks deadline. We also ask that you email to state you have paid money off your balance, we will then check we have received payment and send confirmation.

Are payments and deposits refundable

Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable as they secure the date and equipment for your event. Payments made within the four weeks up to the event are also non-refundable. If you do need to make changes to dates, bookings or to cancel bookings we do need to know four weeks before an event.





Weather, Overnight Hire & Other Hire Information

Does Funtastic Entertainment offer overnight hire

Overnight hire can be arranged in certain conditions however the is not available to book through our website. You would need to contact us prior to booking to discuss this option.

What happens in the event of bad weather

In the event of bad weather we cannot set up equipment outdoors and we would expect an indoor alternative to be provided where possible. Our staff always carry a wind detector and have the use of mobile technology to check the weather predicted for the remainder of the day. One benefit of booking with Funtastic Entertainment is we will remain or return to the venue at different points during your hire period to see if the equipment can be erected. Some of our equipment can be supplied with a rain cover for an additional fee, please be aware we only have a limited number of marquees to hire and they are booked on a first come first served basis.





Delivery

What is your Delivery Policy

We cover all the UK, if your postcode isn’t listed please contact us for a quote.

Delivery will be made prior to the start time of your event. We will arrange delivery and collection times with you prior to the date.

If we are unable to provide your equipment due to vehicle failure, illness or any other fault of our own, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process. Please note refunds are not issued for adverse weather, we have marquees which can be hired for an additional fee for certain equipment otherwise we do expect an indoor or sheltered area to be provided.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location. Please remember we will be on a tight time schedule and will need to access the venue and get set up at the agreed times, if this isn’t possible we may have to leave the venue without setting up the equipment hired.
